Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 2 business days for items to be shipped once payment has been received.

If an item is out of stock, we need a 2-week turnaround period, since items are handcrafted. However, we try to have them completed & shipped ASAP.

Custom Orders can be requested by completing the 'Contact Us' Form. Custom Orders will try to be fulfilled and require a 2-week turnaround period.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. If item is not in original condition, a refund will not be provided. We do not pay return shipping so this would be at your expense. We will reimburse you the original cost less return shipping.
